CE Workforce is a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Carencro, LA. You will assist customers with devices and plans, perform demonstrations, and guide purchasing decisions with empathy and accuracy.

We offer a strong commission structure, a $250 sign-on bonus, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with the purchase and operation of T-Mobile devices and services.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
• Collaborate with store team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Report to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and maintain product knowledge.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Wireless Retail Sales Associate . Our Wireless Retail Sales Associates work directly with our customers and aid them in the purchase and operation of their T-Mobile Devices and T-Mobile Wireless Service.

You will be

Reporting directly to the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager.

Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.

Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plans that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to up and coming Internet of Things (IOT) devices.

Guide your customers through their purchasing experience thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing your expertise.

Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.

Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.

What we are looking for

Must be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

A “go-getter” with a “never stop until you get to the top” attitude.

Experience in a retail setting is preferred but not always necessary. We hire positive attitudes and people willing to learn how to earn.

Must have outstanding people and communication skills.
