Job summary

Arch Telecoms is hiring for a Mobile Associates role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will learn customer service, demonstrate devices and plans, and help customers complete their shopping journeys in-store, online or via Customer Care.

Driven individuals will build product knowledge, deliver a best-in-class experience, and advance toward a Mobile Expert after training completion. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care or in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
• Become proficient in digital tools used to enhance interactions and onboarding.
• Build relationships with colleagues across channels to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify and hand off small business leads to the appropriate team.
