Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in California. This full-time role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and a fully paid 3-week training program. You will help customers select devices and plans, turning curiosity into sales while learning product knowledge and promotions.

You’ll engage walk-in customers, hit monthly targets, and represent AT&T on the floor and at local events. Flexible location and shift options are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

What you need:

18 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a background check

Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Previous retail or sales experience

Hospitality background

Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical requirements:

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
