Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a full-time Sales Advocate in California. You will engage customers, guide device and plan choices, and drive sales through knowledge and genuine connection.

No wireless experience is required; 3-week paid training is provided. Base pay plus uncapped commissions offer earning potential, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability and the possibility to work at nearby locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Familiar with wireless products and services.
• Excellent communication skills.

What you need:

18 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a background check

Strong communicator, written and verbal

Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Previous retail or sales experience

Hospitality background

Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical requirements:

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
