Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate for aFull-Time role. You will engage customers, help them choose devices and plans, and close sales with a mix of base pay and uncapped commission.

The position includes a fully paid 3-week training and requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior wireless experience is welcome but not required, with room to grow commissions as targets are met.

What you need:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Bonus points for:

• Previous retail or sales experience
• Bilingual skills
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical requirements:

• This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
