KC Wireless - Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Chester, MD. The role focuses on selling Verizon phones, plans, and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, goal-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based pay. Prior wireless experience helps, but strong sales skills from hospitality or retail are also welcome. Full-time hours, with a $500 sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions.

Are you outgoing, competitive, and motivated by earning more based on your performance? Wireless Zone is looking for driven sales professionals to join our Verizon retail team.

Wireless experience is a plus, but not required! We also want to hear from successful bartenders, servers, waiters/waitresses, hospitality professionals, retail salespeople, automotive salespeople, and others with commission or performance-based experience.

If you know how to connect with customers, upsell, recommend products, and provide excellent service, you already have skills that can translate into wireless sales.

What We Offer

• Up to $32/hour or MORE including base + uncapped commission + bonuses
• UNCAPPED commission
• $500 sign-on bonus - $250.00 paid after training is completed, $250.00 paid out after 90 days of employment

Who We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in: Wireless Sales • Commission Sales • Retail • Bartending • Serving • Restaurants • Hospitality • Automotive Sales • Customer Service You should be outgoing, goal-oriented, competitive, comfortable with sales, and motivated by commission and bonuses. Experience with Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, UScellular, or another wireless retailer is a strong plus.

Must Haves:

• Are Self-motivated and dependable
• Can Work full time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
