Qualifications

• Retail or wireless experience is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent communication and a friendly attitude.
• Driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Knowledge of wireless devices, plans, and accessories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm to identify wireless needs.
• Showcase devices, plans, and accessories to excite customers and inform choices.
• Promote upgrades, activations, and accessories to hit targets.
• Assist customers with setup and troubleshoot issues for a smooth experience.
• Stay updated on promos, trends, and new products.
• Provide top-tier service, build loyalty, and maintain store presentation.
• Support inventory and stock displays while following security policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration for a positive environment.
