JM Wireless in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our fast-paced wireless team. You will greet customers, demonstrate devices and plans, and drive sales while delivering top-notch service.

This role offers an uncapped commission structure with payments twice a month, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with match for full-time employees. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous wireless or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and a friendly attitude.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of wireless devices, plans, and accessories is a plus.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories to inform and excite customers.
• Drive sales through upgrades, activations, and add-ons to hit targets.
• Assist customers with device setup and troubleshooting for a smooth experience.

• Deliver top-tier service and build customer loyalty.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing.
• Support inventory and stock displays; follow security policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration.
