This role offers base pay plus a commission plan with $40,000 to $50,000+ annual earning potential, plus a ramp-up bonus, training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
