Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales experience preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon).
• Familiar with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, and streaming services.
• Excellent communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
