Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven sales and customer service achievements.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer care.
• Able to travel to stores as needed within the district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience for every visitor.
• Guide customers through the sales process and product selection.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed store production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.
• Complete required training and uphold professional conduct.
