Job summary

Nex-Tech Wireless in Kansas is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer to install, monitor, and maintain an Evolved Packet Core, virtual infrastructure, and related systems to ensure reliable wireless service. Key qualifications include an Associate Degree in electronics technology or 3–5 years in wireless engineering, experience with Ericsson LTE EPC, IMS for VoLTE/VoWiFi, and routing/switching (Nokia, Cisco).

Strong Linux, virtualization, and TCP/IP skills are essential.

Qualifications

The candidate should have an Associate Degree in electronics technology or 3–5 years of related wireless industry experience.
Experience with listed vendor technologies (Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco) preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, monitor, and maintain an Evolved Packet Core, virtual infrastructure, and ancillary systems to ensure proper operation.
Monitor, test, and maintain software, hardware and wireless elements required to support wireless network operation.
