Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive wireless network engineering experience.
• Current CWNA Certification (CWSP, CWDP, or CCNP Wireless preferred).
• Proven experience leading wireless infrastructure projects from concept through deployment and optimization.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco wireless technologies (AireOS/IOS-XE, Catalyst Center, Prime Infrastructure) and advanced hands-on experience with Cisco ISE for enterprise Radius, AAA and policy management.
• Demonstrated expertise with client experience monitoring tools such as NetAlly, or similar platforms, including deployment, configuration, and analytics for wireless client health and performance.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and managing RMA/TAC cases with Cisco
