Responsibilities

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network Architect to design and implement wireless network solutions using Aruba technology.
• The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of wireless networking, experience with Aruba products and solutions, and a strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.
• This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot wireless networks using Aruba technology Work with clients to assess their network requirements and create detailed network designs
• Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to identify optimal locations for access points and other wireless networking equipment
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients during the deployment of wireless networks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in wireless networking technology and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Wireless Network Architect or a similar role in large enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS or a related field or 5 additional years relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of wireless networking technologies and standards
• Extensive experience with Aruba products and solutions
• Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Healthcare Information Technology experience preferred but not required
• Ability to travel as needed.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
