As a Wireless Installation Technician, you will install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot fixed wireless internet, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and related network equipment for residential and commercial customers. You will perform site surveys, mount and align radios, route and terminate cabling, verify service quality, document completed work, and support field service throughout the assigned Nevada service area.

What You Will Do:

  • Route, terminate, label, test, and protect Ethernet and low-voltage cabling in accordance with company standards.
  • Diagnose wireless signal, Wi-Fi, cabling, power, customer-equipment, and network issues using field test and service-quality data.
  • Perform equipment upgrades, replacements, relocations, preventive maintenance, and service restorations; assist with infrastructure work when trained and authorized.
  • Follow ladder, fall-protection, aerial-lift, electrical-awareness, grounding, traffic-control, vehicle, and PPE requirements; stop work when conditions are unsafe or outside training.
  • Maintain accurate job notes, photographs, equipment records, test results, time entries, and material usage; communicate clearly with customers and internal teams and participate in assigned on-call, after-hours, travel, and emergency-response coverage.

What You Will Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company vehicle policy required.
  • Mechanical ability, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn broadband and networking technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of IP networking, routers, Wi-Fi, Ethernet cabling, and troubleshooting concepts, or ability to become proficient through training.

  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, crouch, kneel, pull cable, drill, and use hand or power tools for extended periods.
  • Work from ladders, rooftops, approved aerial-lift equipment, attics, crawlspaces, utility areas, and other hot, dusty, confined, or difficult-to-access spaces while using required fall protection and PPE.
