Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Wireless Technician to perform installations, testing, and troubleshooting of wireless networks with minimal guidance. You will work on LTE, GSM, and UMTS platforms, install antennas, and ensure quality results.

Travel up to 100% may be required; flexible shifts including maintenance windows and weekends; valid driver's license and ability to obtain certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Highschool Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform wireless installations, testing, and troubleshooting with minimal guidance.
• Work with LTE, GSM, and UMTS platforms and related equipment.
• Perform antenna sweeps, spectrum analysis, and manage site configuration data.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and departments to complete installations across equipment (microwave, antennas, towers, coax).
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Travel up to 100% for weeks at a time if required.
• Flexibility to work shifts including maintenance windows and weekends.
• Provide your own active smartphone for work use.
