N.Y. Connection, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Expert in our Texas store to help customers stay connected with the latest devices, plans, and Verizon services. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and process sales with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a friendly, motivated attitude. Evening and weekend availability is preferred; competitive pay and benefits are included.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you'll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
