N.Y. Connection, Inc. is seeking a Wireless Expert to join our busy retail team. You’ll help customers stay connected with the latest devices, plans, and promotions while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires enthusiasm, strong communication, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate products, and drive sales while maintaining visual standards and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Friendly, confident and motivated to achieve results.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you'll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
