Responsibilities

• Lead wireless construction teams in the installation and maintenance of wireless systems.
• Climb and work on communication towers to install, troubleshoot, and repair systems.
• Read construction documents and delegate tasks to crews effectively.
• Train and assist crew personnel to complete assigned tasks.
