Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience across underground construction activities.
- Strong understanding of trenching, drilling, plowing, conduit installation, and fiber optic pulling/splicing workflows.
- Proven ability to manage large field crews and coordinate schedules.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project locations throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end field execution of underground infrastructure projects.
- Direct trenching, directional drilling, and conduit installation activities.
- Coordinate fiber optic pulling, splicing, and network delivery to meet specs.
- Manage crew schedules, ensure safety compliance, and liaise with project engineers.
