Apple Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead the wireless charging program across Apple devices, coordinating electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and systems teams.

You will champion cross-functional execution, influence executives, and drive product integration from concept to mass production. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and timely delivery while enabling best-in-class charging experiences for hundreds of millions of Apple users.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 3+ years of relevant experience in hardware or consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to engineering/workflow improvements.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally, typically once per year, with accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, system integration, thermal, and battery to deliver charging solutions.
• Coordinate with firmware/software teams enabling charging control algorithms.
• Present to executives and drive decision-making at VP level.
• Define program plans and manage execution to integrate wireless charging into Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Watch).
• Collaborate with suppliers to support development builds leading to mass production and improve yields.
