Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Southington, CT is seeking a Wireform Setup Operator to support manufacturing by setting up and operating Itaya wireform equipment. You will ensure quality and proper documentation for all produced parts.

Under the Wireform Team Lead, you will set up tooling, maintain setup information, perform root-cause analysis, keep tooling and equipment in good condition, and complete daily paperwork while upholding safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Itaya machines.
• Prepare and maintain setup information.
• Identify problems and make improvements (root cause analysis).
• Maintain tooling and equipment related to wireform operations.
• Review, and complete required daily documentation.
• Assure good housekeeping and machine maintenance practices.
• Maintain all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.
