Rea Magnet Wire is seeking a manufacturing operator to set up and run taping machines for insulation of aluminum and copper wire. You’ll perform oven process checks, changeovers, and quality tasks on a rotating 12-hour schedule. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be prepared to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate taping machines to insulate wire according to specifications.
• Perform first hour duties including oven process control changes and inspections.
• Complete all changeovers, start-ups and packaging changes.
• Maintain housekeeping and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Train operators as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
