Job summary

OmniCable in West Chester, PA is hiring a Distribution Center Associate to support receiving, shipping, inventory, forklift operations, and order fulfillment. The role offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement in a safety-focused, stable environment.

Day shifts with potential overtime provide hands-on experience across wire processing, inventory control, and warehouse operations for service across North America.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends when business needs require.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support distribution center processes including receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Inspect inventory and prepare items for storage or shipment.
• Maintain safety and 5S in the warehouse.
• Assist with wire processing and value-added services as needed.
