Job description

Position Description:

• Ability to read and interpret vehicle electrical schematics.
• Ability to use multiple technical tools and applications to access information needed for schematics, diagnostics, retrofit activities, and related work.
• Experience supporting vehicle root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Soldering experience at the board, connector, and harness levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as SharePoint and Outlook.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively across functions, teams, and cultures

Requirements:

• Education requirement - Associate degree in Automotive Technology, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field required, but open to a high school diploma but they absolutely have to have at least 3 years of experience if they only have a HSD
• Years of experience - at least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, including experience with wire harnesses, and vehicle electrical systems and components
• Having their own power tools is a plus - not required

Shift Info:

• 1st shift: 7:00AM -3:30PM
• Onsite 5 days/week

• 2 positions in Warren
• 2 positions in Milford

Work location:

• Milford Proving Ground and/or Warren Tech Center. Can work at either location.
