Qualifications

• Must read and follow production processes and instructions.
• Ability to distinguish color codes on wires is required.
• Reliability to meet attendance, quality and productivity standards.
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small objects and tools.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow production processes and instructions.
• Lift and move production kits and wire bundles as designated by process steps.
• Cut, strip, crimp, or assemble materials using required tools and devices.
• Read labels and identification marks on wires and parts.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
