Job description

We are currently looking to hire a Wire Harness Assembler for our Lititz, Pennsylvania facility. You will be responsible for preparing various types of wire for use in harness assemblies and creating wire harnesses for use in the final assembly of our products. Types of wire material include: CATS, twisted pairs, triples, shielded wire, coax cable, standard wire, wire gauge 30-0, ribbon and fiber optic.




What will you do?

  • Cut, strip and label wire per the work instructions

  • Apply shrink sleeving to wires and apply labels

  • Terminate wires by placing pins through the use of manual or machine-assisted crimping, soldering or lugging

  • Use guided assembly tolls and machines such as Pinsight and Cirris to assist in connector population

  • Operate machine to conduct pull tests on wire assemblies and utilize hand tools to conduct push tests on populated connectors

  • Lay out and thread wire harnesses from completed wire assemblies by following a harness board diagram

  • Bundle and tie cables after layout to create cable harness

  • Utilize databases such as SEQUENCE and SYNCHRONO to do research and complete data input

What qualifications are we looking for?

  • Ability to read and comprehend work process instructions, wire diagrams and standard measurements




Location / Hours / Environment

  • Production environment

  • Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with every other Friday off. Additional hours as needed to meet demand and occasional off-shift hours may also be required to provide support to operations.

  • Primary location will be Lititz with occasional support in Lancaster as required
