Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturer is seeking a Wire Harness Assembly Technician in Lititz, PA. The role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting wire harnesses and cable assemblies, with a focus on precision and quality. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be detail-oriented, and possess fine manual dexterity. The position requires physical capability to work in a production environment and offers generous benefits, including health care and a unique 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain basic certifications in IPC610 and JStandard001 procedures.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Cut, strip, and label wire as indicated in work instructions.
• Terminate wires using crimping, soldering, or lugging.
• Populate wire connectors by mechanical hand placement or soldering.
• Utilize guided assembly tools such as Cirris.
• Conduct pull tests on wire assemblies.
• Lay out and thread wire harness following diagrams.
