Qualifications
Obtain and maintain basic certifications in IPC610 and JStandard001 procedures.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
Responsibilities
Cut, strip, and label wire as indicated in work instructions.
Terminate wires using crimping, soldering, or lugging.
Populate wire connectors by mechanical hand placement or soldering.
Utilize guided assembly tools such as Cirris.
Conduct pull tests on wire assemblies.
Lay out and thread wire harness following diagrams.
