Job summary

RVI, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Wire Harness Assembler to repair, assemble and test wire harnesses, following procedures and ensuring customer specifications.

Responsibilities include inspections, data entry, labeling, and packaging, with teamwork to improve processes. SALARY RANGE: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

As a Wire Harness Assembler, your primary responsibility is repairing, assembling and testing wire harnesses.

What does a Wire Harness Assembler do at RVI?

• Follow procedures or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
• Perform visual inspections to endure parts and assemblies meet customer specifications and standards
• Input data and tasks into computer
• Print labels for boxes
• Package units and attaches required labels
• Assist team members in improving processes and procedures

What are we looking for in a good candidate?

• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and differences in numbering sequences
• Can apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
• Can deal with standardized situations with only occasion or no variables
• Works with and handles various tools and materials
• Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point are helpful, but are not required
• Or any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance
