Job summary

RVI is seeking a Wire Harness Assembler in Kentucky to repair, assemble and test wire harnesses. The role involves following procedures, inspecting parts, data entry, labeling, packaging, and supporting continuous improvement within a team.

We offer a flexible schedule with 4 ten-hour shifts and 5 eight-hour shifts, plus comprehensive benefits including insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for growth through RITALKA University.

Qualifications

• Read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Apply common sense to follow simple instructions.
• Work with standard procedures with minimal variation.
• Familiar with using basic computer programs like Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Any combination of education and experience that provides needed skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures or verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications and standards.
• Input data into computer systems.
• Print labels for boxes.
• Package units and attach required labels.
• Assist team members in improving processes and procedures.

As a Wire Harness Assembler, your primary responsibility is repairing, assembling and testing wire harnesses.

What does a Wire Harness Assembler do at RVI?

• Follow procedures or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
