Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and seek out sources for help when needed.
• Basic or above average math skills in adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing in various increments.
• Ability to read and understand documents.
• Ability to program EDM Machines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and quality on all jobs.
• Operate and understand hand tools, grinding machinery, milling machines, drill presses, lathe, band saw, heat-treating ovens, optical comparator, measuring devices, micrometers, calipers, and die hoists.
• Operate CNC and Programming software and related software.
• Possess tools of the trade.
• Perform mathematics and geometric functions and possess mechanical aptitude.
• Work in a manufacturing setting with noise and some grinding dust.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 to 2500 lbs using die carts.
• Wear protective shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection.
