Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP is seeking winter internship professionals to join our Tax practice in Birmingham for Winter2027. This full‑time internship starts early January 2027, requiring a 40+ hour workweek in the office and commuting distance to the assigned office.

Interns will work closely with seasoned professionals on client engagements, combining classroom knowledge with firm training to develop on‑the‑job skills and prepare for a first‑year associate role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing 5-year CPA path
• 0–2 years recent public accounting experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tax returns and gain knowledge of the firm’s tax practices
• Learn systems and business processes and work with seasoned professionals
• Collaborate with a team to support client engagements under close supervision
