Responsibilities

• Manage game day operations, including set-up and tear-down of all athletic events.
• Serve as the primary liaison for referees, ensuring timely arrival and a professional experience.
• Oversee team interactions and maintain a positive environment for home and visiting teams.
• Engage with fans and spectators to promote a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.
• Secure and manage the cash box for ticket sales; ensure proper lock-up procedures.
• Work closely with the athletic director, athletic trainer, and custodial staff to coordinate facility readiness and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all safety and school policies are upheld during events.
