Job summary

Vail Resorts in Pennsylvania is hiring for winter seasonal spa positions including massage therapists. You will provide safe, effective massage and therapies while exceeding guest expectations, maintain treatment rooms, and educate guests on products and services.

Housing is available; strong emphasis on timely appointments and professional guest care. The role requires a high school diploma, Colorado state massage license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Colorado State massage therapy license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to present detailed information to guests and employees.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Know all spa services, packages, promos, and retail products.
• Maintain professional relationships with spa clientele.
• Educate guests about products and home-use recommendations.
• Begin and end all treatments on time per appointment book.
• Keep work areas clean and treatment rooms organized.
• Suggest other beneficial treatments offered in the spa.
• Complete client product cards after each body treatment.
• Practice universal precautions and sanitary procedures.
• Maintain storage areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Check equipment and facilities for safety.
• Attend departmental meetings as scheduled.
• Be familiar with resort services and attractions for guest inquiries.
• Comply with resort policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
