Job summary

A family-owned infrastructure services company is seeking reliable non-CDL Drivers to operate snowplow trucks during winter storms in Virginia. This position is on an on-call basis for the 2026 winter season, offering a pay rate of $35/hour and paid travel time, hotel, and per diem for out-of-town work. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and a clean driving record. Training will be provided. Join a supportive team dedicated to keeping Virginia roads safe during winter weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Pass a DOT drug screen and MVR review.
• Have a clean driving record with no serious violations or multiple accidents in the past 5 years.
• Must attend an 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks safely during winter storms.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with Route Manager about service needs.
• Participate in required safety meetings and training.
