Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must pass a DOT drug screen and MVR review.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations within the past 5 years.
• Must be willing to travel to snow locations.
• Attend an 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks safely during winter storms.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with Route Manager about unsafe situations.
• Participate in required safety meetings.
