Job summary

Clintar is seeking to manage snow clearing and de-icing for commercial properties with on-call, part-time shifts. The role involves operating equipment, responding to snow events, and coordinating with dispatch. Full attention to safety and timely response is essential.

These shifts may include overnight work and weekend duties, with a season-long commitment from November through April. A Class 3 license is preferred, and employees receive direct deposit, and a season-end bonus for full-shift

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in previous snow removal role.
• The role demands flexible hours, often overnight, including weekends and holidays.
• On-call availability from November – April.
• Class 3 licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate pickup truck pulling a skid steer from site to site to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots and other designated areas.
• Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal
• Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
• Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
• Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
• Load own truck

WAGES: $27.00- $30.00 Hour.
