Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for winter seasonal Transportation roles, including shuttle transport between the Village and Golden Peak and support for base area locations. The team helps guests and teammates with safe, timely travel in a mountain environment.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Benefits include free passes, discounts, 401(k), training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication skills are required.
• Guest service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility during operating hours is to respond to Vail Village Ski School transportation needs from the Village to Golden Peak.
• Respond to non-base area office locations to transport employees to and from base areas.
• Light parking enforcement during down time; other duties as assigned.
