Vail Resorts in Ludlow, Vermont is hiring for winter 2026/27 as a seasonal driver role with full-time hours available. Starting wage is $27.00/hr to $33.93/hr, with CDL requirements and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License with clean driving record is required.
• CDL Class A or B with air brake and passenger endorsements is required.
• 2 years CDL driving experience preferred.
• Current Medical Examination Report valid for 2 years is required.
• Pre-employment drug test must be passed.
• Current DOT medical certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Obey all laws of the highway and drive defensively.
• Fill out daily reports and notify manager of bus-related issues.
• Check vehicle oil, water, tires and general condition before/after each run; keep buses clean.
• Assist passengers to ensure proper seating.
• Handle passenger emergencies and disruptions as needed.
• Safely transport guests to various locations on property.
• Maintain and clean buses; report maintenance problems.
• Install/remove tire chains as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Valid US Driver’s License

Clean driving record

Ability to lift 50 lbs

CDL Class A or B with endorsements

CDL experience (2 years)

DOT medical certificate
