Job summary

Saddleback Gear Company is seeking a bartender for Winter 2026/2027 in Rangeley, Maine. This full-time seasonal role involves mixing and serving drinks, verifying ages, and handling payments while maintaining bar cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash handling, and coordinating with the floor staff. Must be 18+ with prior FOH experience preferred; weight constraints may apply for lifting.

Qualifications

• Serving and making alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests.

• Obtain knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
• Manage the cash drawer and daily cashouts.

Responsibilities

• Daily set-up, tear-down, and keeping bar area clean and sanitized.
• Open/close shift duties, cash-outs, and cash drawer management.
• Communicate with manager and staff on the floor.
• Follow liquor service laws and proper pours.
• Promote the resort and create friendly rapport with guests.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
