Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily set-up, tear-down, and overall cleanliness and sanitization of bar and/or restaurant.
• Open/close shift duties, cash-outs, and managing cash drawer as assigned.
• Communicate with manager and other staff on the floor.
• Follow federal, state, and local liquor laws and proper pours.
• Promote the mountain and maintain friendly rapport with guests.
