Fox C-6 School District is seeking an Assistant Coach for girls basketball during the winter season. The role is stipend-based and reports to the Building Principal, Athletic Director, and Head Coach.

Responsibilities include overseeing student-athletes’ academic and athletic development, organizing practices, and guiding team strategy. The position requires promoting sportsmanship, maintaining safety, and complying with district policies and MSHSAA guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma required; coaching experience preferred is stated in the ad.
• Ability to teach sport-specific skills, strategies, and conditioning.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and model positive behavior while promoting teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct student-athletes in sport-specific skills, strategies, and conditioning.
• Plan, organize, and supervise structured practices throughout the season.
• Develop game strategies and supervise athletes during contests.
• Coordinate scheduling of games, transportation, and facilities with the Athletic Director.
• Ensure safety and proper supervision of all student-athletes; enforce district and MSAA rules.
