Job summary

State of Missouri's MoDOT Southwest District seeks an Emergency Maintenance Equipment Operator at the Mt. Vernon Maintenance Facility. This entry-level role involves snow removal operations, vehicle maintenance, and supporting crew under direct supervision.

Qualifications include being at least 18, holding CDL Class A or B with no air brake restrictions, and passing a background check and drug screen. Overtime and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with no air brake restrictions and interstate status.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicles to plow snow and spread ice control materials or to warn oncoming traffic. Cleans and performs routine maintenance on vehicles, equipment, buildings and grounds. Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned.
