Job summary

Responsibilities include emergency care, fencing and facility upkeep, and working in remote, isolated conditions with minimal supervision. Housing and meals are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Experience attending livestock on range or ranch environments.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated settings.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Attend livestock on range during winter season; administer minor medical care when needed.
• Assist with hauling water and supplemental feeding when sources are scarce.
• Move livestock between grazing areas and monitor for safety and health.
