Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transportation for guests, greet riders, and support service standards. No CDL is required, but a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential; you must pass a background check and work a welcoming, high-energy shift.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a driving background check.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED desirable.
• Experience with shuttle driving or hospitality is desirable.
• Must possess strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Shuttles guests around Winter Park Resort in a safe and friendly manner.
• Greets guests upon arrival and assists with concerns.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and ensure timely service.
• Assist with directions and information in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate resort vehicles and support grounds duties as needed.
