Job summary

York Suburban School District is seeking a Middle School Head Cheerleading Coach for the Winter Season. This part-time seasonal position will involve leading and instructing student-athletes, promoting skill development, and upholding district values in a school setting.

The coach will supervise students throughout the program, act as a positive role model, and collaborate with the Athletic Director and Varsity Cheer Coach to support the athletic department goals during the winter season.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of coaching experience preferred.
• Has knowledge and background in the assigned sport.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and the ability to excel in the sport.
• Contribute to the education program as a whole and to the growth of students involved in athletics so that they are successfully competitive.
• Providing supervision of students during all aspects of the program
• Serving as a positive role model to the student athletes and representing the York Suburban School District in a well-respected manner
