Formación

• Experience operating front-end loaders or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safe heavy equipment operating procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsabilidades

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently during winter maintenance operations.
• Load salt, sand, and other de-icing materials into trucks and spreader vehicles.
• Assist with equipment prep before, during, and after winter weather events.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and report deficiencies.
• Respond to snow and ice events and emergency call-outs as needed.
• Follow OSHA, company, and safety policies; use PPE.
