Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at Winter Lights and verify tickets.
• Scan admission barcodes on phones, paper, or other devices.
• Assist guests with purchasing tickets using Eventbrite.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in line with procedures.
• Answer basic questions and coordinate with Lead Admissions, Public Safety, and guests.
