Qualifications

Prefers candidate with experience in coaching or supervising students.
Ability to work with a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural student population.
Must meet Missouri State High School Athletic Association (MSHSAA) requirements for position, including:

Responsibilities

To help each participating student achieve a high level of skill and sportsmanship.
To provide leadership for a successful team.
To promote academic as well as athletic success of student athletes.
To assist with maintaining the cheerleading program.
To maintain positive communication with patrons and parents of athletes and potential athletes.
To ensure compliance with MSHSAA in conjunction with the coaching staff.
To supervise student-athletes in conjunction with the coaching staff.
