Qualifications

• Physical and TB Test
• Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA Criminal Record Check (must be completed within the last 12 months)
• Act 126: Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training (completion date after January 1, 2018)
• Act 168: Sexual Misconduct Abuse Disclosure Releases (HR will mail new hire packet)
